At Imprints, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Since each metal poster is prepared with care, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
To request a return or replacement, please fill out our Return Request Form (Click this).
Eligible Return Reasons
You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery only for
• Wrong item shipped
• Manufacturing defect arising from the production process
When Returns Are Not Accepted
If your product arrives in perfect, undamaged condition and matches your order exactly, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Returns are not accepted for
• Change of mind
• Design dissatisfaction
• Minor colour variations caused by screen settings or lighting
• Orders that arrive correct and undamaged
Return Timeframe
• The 3-day period begins from the date delivery is confirmed by our logistics partner
• Once an order is placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled
Return Pickup & Refund Process
If your return is approved
• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days
• Transit back to our facility typically takes 7 to 10 days
• Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 2 to 3 business days
You will receive an email notification once your refund or credit has been issued.
Important Conditions
Returned items must be
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received
